While Varun Dhawan and Anil Kapoor are currently keeping a close eye on the box office performance of his latest release, Jug Jugg Jeeyo, we struggled with the cast for our highlight challenge titled ‘Cinema Ka T20’, where we put the Jugg Jeeyo jug duo in the hot seat and asked them about twenty random questions about their professional life, including past and future projects, one of the questions being which remake of Anil Kapoor would have Varun Dhawan like to play.

While Varun Dhawan answered the question, Anil Kapoor also suggested several names before deciding that Varun should star in the remake of David Dhawan The film of (his own father), Deewana Mastana, of which, by the way, Anil also took part as one of the main protagonists. In fact, he went further and said that they should do it together, and that they wouldn’t even need to tell David Dhawan about it; once he hears they want to do it he just has to go and the two stars even shook hands on it. Jug Jugg Jeeyo movie review
BollywoodLife gave the film 3 out of 5 stars in their review and wrote, “Jug JuggJeeyo is a good movie, make no mistake about it – it has enough humor and emotion to make it a pretty enjoyable family entertainer . . It’s just that it could have been even better with more assured production, less regression, less pseudo-feminism and background music that had nothing to do with leaving the recording studio. That being said, Varun Dhawan, Neetu Singh, Maniesh Paul and especially the legendary Anil Kapoor are worth seeing at least once in the theatre. Have you ever seen JugJugg Jeeyo?
