Tracks: Little Beats ~ Got The Greed
From the depths of the neohep east end of London town burst SchwaB (pron; shwaab).
Nominally inspired by the Robert Altman 'classic 'O.C. & Stiggs' these five
cockney troubadours could be the answer to many of our musical 'troubles'. They
put down these two beauties at the legendary Toerag studios, where, during the
session temperatures plunged as low as -3, and the band drank the best part
of a bathfull of tea (hail hail rock 'n' roll!!) It's dirty, it's unmarketable,
it's crossed over so many times it thinks it's the green cross code man ....
maan.
" like a collision between Alac Empire, Sly Stone and Grand Funk Railroad
" 'Lester bangs Ghost' was driven to remark in Creem,
"Imagine a cross between Jon Spencer and The Chemical Brothers" said
the London News of their live show.
" think Delta 72 or Dub Narcotic cutting some rug with The Stooges"
exalted Sharon O'Connell in Time Out.
We'd just like to think it'll make you hot in the pants.
